Added ability to split VUL and Term onto separate pages in Summary PDF output. (Oct. 2019)

When VUL and/or term products are run in combination with other non-variable permanent product types (GUL/UL/IUL), an option has been added to the Summary configuration to be able to split the result tables so that each product category is on it’s own page. By default, the products will still be listed in their own tables on one page. To split across multiple pages, simply select multiple column configurations.
