As part of our security protocol to meet new cyber guidelines and client requirements, the platform will begin to support stricter password requirements. New passwords will be required to be at least 8 characters, one number, use upper and lowercase letters, and include a symbol. For those organizations that require it, passwords will need to be changed typically every 90 days. Over the next few months, the platform will prompt users when it's time to reset their passwords.
Ensight users will be required to reset their passwords every 90 days. Watch this short video to learn how to reset your password.
